the property is located in the countryside of Martina Franca in an area inhabited all year round.
Description:
this small farm includes a series of stone buildings, the main part of which is spread over two levels and the upper floor has cummerse roofs, typical structures of the Locorotondo areas.
On the ground floor of the main part there are large rooms with vaulted ceilings
barrel, used in the past for storage or for animals. A stone staircase leads to the upper floor where there is the main house which includes various rooms with vaulted ceilings
star and carriage vaults. Adjacent to the ground floor of the main part, but not communicating, there are further buildings, consisting of three large stone rooms with sloping roofs. In front of the main building, there are further stone structures composed of
trulli and lamie as well as storage rooms.
