the house includes a group of 5 trulli, one of which has a mezzanine and a stone lamia with a barrel vault. In the main trullo there is a large living room from which you access the two bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, the bathroom of the house and the dining room with a barrel vault and fireplace, from the latter you access the kitchen obtained in the two trulli. The main trullo has a splendid star vault partly with exposed stone and on the upper floor, which is accessed by an external stone staircase, there is an additional room currently used as a bedroom. On one of the squares there is a storage room of about 23 square meters.
Conditions:
the house was renovated a few years ago, but it is in good condition and is habitable. On the outside the stone walls around the house and the stone flooring need a good cleaning with a pressure washer which would certainly change the look and on the inside it is enough to change the furniture to make everything more pleasant.
