Location:the property is located in the countryside of Martina Franca in an ancient village but with independent access and entrance, easily reachable by municipal road and private road.
Description:ancient building on two levels entirely in stone with approximately 3 hectares of appurtenant land. Given the morphology of the land, the house is located on the ground floor at the front and on the first floor at the back. The rooms on the floor below, currently used as storage, are instead in the basement at the front of the property and on the ground floor at the back, where there is access to them. The house has two entrances, from the main one you enter directly into the large living room with a carriage vault with exposed stone and from which you access the 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Also from the living room you access the dining room where there is the second service entrance, in addition to the fireplace area, a kitchenette and to the side there is the staircase to the terrace. On the lower floor there are the storage rooms with access to the ground floor at the back of the building and connected to the house with an internal staircase.
Conditions:the property is made of stone and in some rooms the plaster has been removed from the vaults and the exposed stone has been restored. In most of the house there is flooring in ancient chianche completely smoothed and the internal doors are the original wooden ones.

Installations:the property has an underground water tank with a capacity of approximately 1000 quintals, all the systems are present including heating powered by a gas boiler, but it will be necessary to install the underground tank.
