detached villa located on the Adriatic coast in a quiet area, reachable by a typical internal road that leads to the beach.

the villa has been renovated for less than a year, placed in the center of a plot of land completely bordered by walls and hedges. The structure can be defined as a unique object due to its position that allows it to enjoy total privacy with a direct view of the sandy beach, a portion of which is being adopted. The property is located in a quiet area, but not far from public beaches with restaurants and mini markets.
The house has been renovated with the intention of creating a receptive structure, in fact inside 4 bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower as well as a small service kitchen have been created.
